who has practiced in Brattleboro, Vermont since graduating
from the University of Virginia Law School in 1974. Potter
specializes in civil
litigation, representing national and regional companies,
as well as individuals, in all state and federal courts in
Potter's reputation in the legal community is demonstrated
by his past service on the Board of Managers of the Vermont
Bar and the Board of Bar Examiners, as well as his appointment
as early neutral evaluator for the mandated Vermont Federal
District Court mediation program.
He also serves on the United States District Court Advisory
Panel. Prior to attending the University of Virginia, Potter
received his bachelor's degree from Yale University .
