Barney Brannen heads up our Lebanon, New Hampshire office. Barney is a practicing lawyer in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, representing individuals and corporations in complex commercial litigation and transactions. He also handles divorce matters for the firm's clients, particularly those with complicated financial issues.

Barney received his law degree from Harvard in 1989, earning a masters in business administration from Harvard Business School at the same time. He also holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and formerly practiced as a certified public accountant. In 2000, Barney was the New Hampshire Democratic Party's nominee for U.S. Congress in the 2 nd Congressional District.
