Experience shows that mediation, in the appropriate case,
saves time, money and controls risk. Mediation is a dispute
resolution process mandated by the federal court in Vermont
and, increasingly, by New Hampshire and Vermont state courts.
The process can also be voluntarily activated by the parties
involved, outside of the court setting.Disputes most frequently resolved through mediation include
complex business negotiations, commercial transactions,
personal injury claims and marital issues.
